IAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, our website contains detailed size charts for each item for your reference. But if for any specific reason you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT.
To process an exchange, send an email with your order information to info. incredibleasyou@gmail.com and we will work to get you the product you want or issue you a store credit.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items.
We will work on your exchange within 48 hours of receiving your items.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and include original care tags.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item in your order, we sincerely apologize, our team is committed to ensuring this does not happen.
If this is the case, simply send images of the incorrect/defective items to info. incredibleasyou@gmail.com and we will resolve the matter immediately.
Please keep in mind that any discounted items may not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All international shipping and reverse charges are the customer's responsibility.
Please allow up to 10 days for exchange processing time.
All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, we are committed to delivering your orders to you as soon as we receive them, so we cannot cancel your order outside of this timeframe as it may already be on its way to you.
